
Hips must decend in a Ring Dip. Biceps touch the ring.
Not enough sleep lately and no amount of fish oil can make up for that. I need a massage or something. I would basically pay half of my lifetime earning to anyone who could guarantee that I would not feel these aches and pains all the time and could utilize a good full range of motion in all my joints.
Breakfast: Ham … yes, just ham. And let me take this opportunity to say I ALWAYS drink coffee, usually with 1.5 packets of splenda and maybe 1-2 tablespoons of half and half.
Lunch: salad with chicken, bacon, Gorgonzola and oil dressing. I had a piece of flatbread about 1×2 inches.
Snack: Paleo Kit. Sort of post WOD. I ate the jerky and fruit and saved the nuts for about 45 minutes later. Don’t want to eat a lot of fat post WOD … only time you will ever hear me say to eat less fat.
Dinner: small steak (100% grass fed), mustard greens, sweet potatoes (not many), pepper salad, red wine (half a bottle … it was really good). Notice that I have NOT drank anything in the last few days. I like this level of alcohol consumption.
Workout was bad. Tried to do a press cluster with 135lbs. That means doing one press, racking for 10 seconds, then another for sets of five. I couldn’t even get through 3 of these sets. Then I did the medball clean wallball AMRAP for 10 minutes. My lower back is still so jacked from deadlift and 70 ground to overhead that it seized up and I COULDN’T go down and pick up the ball. I wasn’t tired at all. Frustrating.
More bad sleep. Maybe tonight will be better.
