Fight Gone Bad Fundraiser
I am going to start posting more often with the understanding that not every post will be filled with my ramblings on fitness theory. Instead, it will take on the role of a journal for me and others to see. There are a few reasons for this.
First, people asked me to. At least the folks at our gym often nag me about more frequent posting.
Second, I am ramping up training for competition in the first part of next year. I need the other PCF coaches to be able to monitor food and workout data. I have always recorded my workouts and occasionally logged my food. I will probably not become super strict about logging food, but will give it a shot and see what happens. I don’t weigh, I sometimes measure, so who knows how useful it will be.
Third, I want to develop the habit of writing more often and put some of the very long posts I write on our message board on this page since I think it is (sometimes) useful information.
I still haven’t gotten around to uploading my fat pictures from my milk experiment. I think I got my skinny picture from before and I have a few pictures for how I look now. I will let you know how that goes too.
I just got back from Thanksgiving vacation. I haven’t weighed myself, but it is probably more than when I left. No big deal. I did one workout while I was gone.
5 Rounds
10 Front Squat (155lbs)
400m Row
Rest 5 Minutes
Goal was to go REALLY hard since you had lots of rest and the load wasn’t too big. My times ranged from 1:56 to 2:16. Thanks to Frisco CrossFit in Texas for the WOD away from home.
I think I am currently at about 208lbs. I’ll tell you tomorrow.
